We do our best to ensure all products listed online and in-store are available and accurately described. However, availability, colors, and designs may vary slightly. Prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona).
Payments can be made securely via card or cash (instore)Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not received or if an item is out of stock.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within Sweden using PostNord. Or pickup in store
Delivery times typically range from 2–3 business days, depending on your location.Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.50 Store is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
5. Returns and Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Certain items such as personal care products, earrings, or sale items are non-returnable for hygiene or clearance reasons.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
